1. FREE SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free across Spain for all our products. For other locations, please inquire via email or phone.
At Fabian Romero, we are committed to always confirming the order with the customer, including the estimated delivery date and any issues or relevant information about the delivery.
2. PAYMENT INFORMATION
The accepted payment method will be credit or debit card.
3. SHIPPING PROCESS
As a general rule, a maximum delivery period of 60 business days is established after the payment for the order is received.
The order will be confirmed once payment is made.
For special orders that need to be custom-made to the specifications of the customer, the delivery period may vary, and this will be communicated when the order is placed and confirmed.
Once the order has been shipped, we will contact the customer via email to inform them that the order has been dispatched. As a general rule, the transportation agency will call one day before delivery to arrange the delivery. If there is any delay in the shipment due to stock issues or delivery route delays by the carrier, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
You will receive your package directly at the address provided in your customer profile.
Once you receive the package, you must check that it arrives in good condition and note any discrepancies or issues on the delivery note provided by the transport agency. We advise checking the packaging immediately for signs of damage. If any anomaly is detected, make sure it is recorded on the delivery note before signing it. If any issue or damage to the product occurs during delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of signing the delivery note. Otherwise, Fabian Romero will not be responsible for the incident.
We also offer the possibility to send your order to an address different from the billing address. This service is available for customers wishing to make a gift. In this case, you must provide the delivery address when placing the order, which may be different from the billing address.
Orders placed during August will be shipped in September due to the holiday period in the sector. Additionally, orders placed in December may experience delays due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday season.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
At Fabian Romero, we are so confident in the quality of our Flexible Tanks that we offer customers the option to return the product FREE of charge within 30 calendar days (except in the case of promotional campaigns) from receipt, provided it is in the same condition as when delivered and in its original packaging.
To make a return, you must contact us first at: latienda@fabianromeromarrero.com (including your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return) and we will contact you to process the return.
If applicable, damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to notify the shipping company and process the insurance claim. After this period, Fabian Romero will not be responsible for any issues caused by the transportation of the product.

Custom-made products that are not offered as standard or with any modification requested by the customer do not have the right of withdrawal. This applies only to products whose characteristics are offered as standard.
5. WARRANTY, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
Fabian Romero guarantees that all products offered on this site comply with current legislation. Due to the specificity and technical nature of the products sold by the company, the customer is required to strictly follow the safety and reliability recommendations for use and installation.
Fabian Romero is not responsible for improper storage or installation of the product or its use under abnormal conditions. Only the customer is responsible. Any defects or damages caused by incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by abnormal use are not covered under warranty.
The products have a manufacturer's warranty of 10 years for irrigation tanks, 5 years for potable water tanks, and 1 year for hydrocarbon tanks. If a product is defective during the warranty period, the manufacturer provides repairs and/or replacements free of charge.
Not covered by the warranty:
• Imperfections in the appearance of the material (color, air bubbles, etc.) possibly covered with an additional welded piece.
• Consequences of negligence, overfilling, lack of maintenance, or use (not following the instructions provided with the tank).
• Damages caused by any device.
• Damages caused by the use of chemicals, cleaners, or other substances that could damage the material, other than those specified.
• Damages caused during transport, loading, unloading, storage, or installation. Any issues should be reported to the transporter and Fabian Romero.
• Damages caused by repeated assembly and disassembly or during the intermediate storage of the tank.
• Damages caused by extreme weather conditions, flooding, natural disasters, burglaries, vandalism, mechanical failures, or force majeure.
• Occasional color change or change across the entire surface.
• Costs for removal, reinstallation, emptying, filling, relocation, or replacement of contents.
